对接车主要结构采用优质铝材一次压铸成型。对接轨道采用高强度铝合金型材在床面运动过程中更平稳可靠。

两单体车可升降调节，达到同一水平高度，使床架可稳定滑移。床架滑移到某一单体上可自动锁紧，并设有保险装置；
